Our client is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Assistant Executive Director, Financial & Performance Management Services. This is a permanent role based in Qatar.
In the role you will continue the development and implementation of financial and budgeting information technology systems.
You will also plan strategically and implement new process and programs through data analysis and cost effective interactions. This will include producing reports and presentations to give to the Board of Directors and others as required.
To apply for the role you will have a minimum of 5 years working knowledge of hospital operations and finance department services. Experience in the development and implementation of financial and budgeting information technology systems is also required.
Any Arabic skills are an advantage but not essential. A Degree in business/finance/accounting or health management and 7 to 10 years experience in data analysis, budget preparation participation, operational variance reporting and program performance costing & analysis is required.
