HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
Provide operational and administrative support of the entire HR & Admin functions;
Assist with recruitment activities;
Maintain timekeeping & payroll systems;
Perform standard and ad hoc reporting to the management as well as reports to government agencies as required;
HR Policy and procedure interpretation, communication, and administration;
File and record administration;
Special projects as assigned.

| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or Business Administration;
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
Familiar with Singapore Statutes on Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, CPF, HR practices and procedures;
Well-versed in MS Office applications, timekeeping & payroll systems;
Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Good problem solving skills, reliable and dependable work ethic with professional outlook;
Balance the role of firm advocate and employee advocate;
Experience in Media/Education industry is an added advantage;
Singaporean Citizen or SPR Status;
Able to start work immediately or short termination notice period preferred. |
