The Technical Department of OPTIMA Recruitment Europe is seeking candidate to fill the positions of Project Manager for its customer a global market leader in international express.
Overall Role Purpose:
Manages the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements. Develops and executes project management plans that incorporate the following components: time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement, and integration. Working with the transformation program management team, Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of consistently successful project outcomes within scope, time and resources.
Key activities:
Develops detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of internal management throughout the project lifecycle

Key capabilities:
· Proven project management experience with organizational change
· Proven internal communication experience
· Experience in preparation of project plans with appropriate budget and resource requirements.
Demonstrate people leadership capability to drive and motivate staff to meet project deliverables.
Expected years of experience:
At least eight years of multi-disciplined change experience including:
· Experience in large sophisticated international organization
· Proven experience on HR projects
· Strongly demonstrated leadership in project process and planning activities
· In depth understanding of international project management standards
· Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence and high quality project delivery
Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team
Educational Qualifications:
· University Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
· Professional project management certification, specifically in Prince 2 practitioner level.
