This leading Organisation is seeking an experienced HR Specialist for a permanent role based in Qatar.
In this role you will work closely to develop the Organisations Human resources department. This will include working closely with the existing HR Department to develop new policies, procedures and plans to allow the department to diversify.
You will produce strategies, reports and ideas and use your skills and experience to allow the organisation to thrive.
To apply you will have 6+ years Human Resources experience preferably in an Oil and Gas environment. Any qualifications are preferred but no essential.
In return you will receive a negotiable TAX FREE salary between $40k - $50k USD TAX FREE plus FREE fully furnished accommodation away from the school, annual flights, relocation costs, transportation allowance, medical insurance
