My client is expanding their operations into Morocco and as such have urgent requirements for a no. of senior level development individuals.
The successful candidate will oversee all development activity for the respective project(s). With responsibilities to include reviewing the appropriate markets within which to develop, the acquisition of sites (and site entitlements), structuring, overseeing and managing the development strategy and process. The job holder is responsible for guiding, assisting and supervising the relevant (in house and consulting) project managers. The role is to set the strategic framework for the Project Manager(s) to construct and complete the tactical task and translate the Company’s strategic development vision into reality.
The ideal candidate should speak fluent French and English with Arabic being an advantage. |
