The dynamic nature of this Bank and the development of our clients new products and services makes this a highly project driven role. The successful candidate will report to the senior risk manager and will have the following qualifications:
Responsibilities
· Development of standards and control mechanisms
· Manage of risk-related projects and sub-projects
· Make recommendations re balance between risk and returns
· Work with Senior Risk & Compliance Managers
· Identification, assessment, monitoring and control of risks
· Propose mitigating measures and implement as appropriate
· Preparing periodic risk analysis and reports
· Assessing and optimizing research & analysis methods
· Advising and assisting the Business
· Introduction/operation of risk monitoring systems
The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a financial services organisation i.e. corporate or retail banking. Three years experience in a Credit risk environment. Business related degree and/or professional qualification in accountancy/risk management. |
