Description:
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for the Plumbing Department of the Commercial Division of our Clients Contracting Company.
Responsibilities include
* Day-to-day operation of projects;
* Project breakdown and initial booking of projects;
* Scheduling preparations for the job;
* Procurement of materials and to the jobsite;
* Management of workforce
* Coordinating purchases;
* Other tasks as assigned by the project manager.
Experience Required:
Candidates should have an Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and strong computer and numeric ability.
