The Head of CRM is a business critical role responsible for the management of our DAMAC’s global CRM Program aimed at delivering exceptional customer service to our international high net-worth customer base from the point of sale to handover of property and beyond. DAMAC is a customer driven business and delivering exceptional customer service forms a critical part in our business success.
If you have a proven track record, at Director level, of delivering and managing CRM programs for world class, service driven companies, we ‘d like to hear from you. We’re seeking a leader with flair who can lead from the front, has strong operational experience coupled with strategic and implementation experience of delivering CRM strategies.
