| Description: |
- Implement ISO 9001 and get ISO certification for Power-Lite Industries operations in China
- Technical liaison with the suppliers
- Assure superior quality at required volumes and schedule will be delivered
- Participate actively in product development
- Review and complement supplier quality control plans
- Provide advise/assistance/training to obtain compliance
- Conduct in-process quality controls
- Prepare reports and required documentation for continuous improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend potential suppliers
- Analyze non-conformance or concerns and work with supplier for continuous improvement

| Capacités Requises: |
- Experience in Quality control
- Strong experience with welding operations in steel
- Experience with a pole manufacturer is desirable
- Strong knowledge of Chinese standards for steel and welding
- Handling of electronic devices to perform in-process quality control and interpretation of data
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Mechanical engineering background is desirable but not necessary. |
