• Get accurate briefing for the assignment
• Strategise source method
• Source resumes for clients based on their requirement
• Ensure candidates sourced are met for one to one interviews
• Assess capability in alignment with requirement
• Send out resumes in a appropriate period of time ensuring time lines are met
• Arrange interviews and close assignments
• Enhance database with good quality candidates
• Manage Database
• Conduct interviews & select prospective candidates.
• Complete the entire recruitment cycle. |
