Our Hamburg-based team is currently looking for a full-time Pedagogical Head to support our team of freelance trainers and coaches in their EFL activities and to develop teaching material.
The following requirements are Essential:
• you are a native English speaker
• you are prepared to live in Hamburg, Germany
• you have at least 4 years of relevant TEFL experience
• you enjoy teaching
• you are interested in personnel development of a strong trainer and coach team
• you are happy to continue teaching clients, as well as teaching our trainer team
• you have experience in developing teaching material and training plans
• you possess strong communication skills
• your PC knowledge of the latest Office software is excellent and you are proficient at researching on the Internet
• you have a strong team spirit
• you are able and willing to work independently and set your own goals
The following are Preferable:
• Good knowledge of German
• Train-the-Trainer experience
• a Dip. TESOL, DELTA, or equivalent
• Experience in another area of business
