The senior RF engineers are required to join our RF team based in Sweden. The successful candidate will be involved in a number of advanced and future radio access projects at different levels. Specific duties include:
• Analysis of radio access system requirements and reporting on the implementation feasibility of potential proposals.
• Performing radio system investigations for future mobile system technologies.
• Monitoring of emerging component technologies such as RF IC and PA transistor technologies.
• Support colleagues/other departments with development of high efficiency PA products.
• Support standards group in RF matters.
Essential Skills required (as many from list below):
• Experience with modern transceiver architectures on a detailed level.
• Experience with general RF design (e.g. any of the following: PA, LNA, RF gain stages, I/Q and RF Up/down conversion, RF transceiver IC usage and interfacing, ADC/DAC interfacing, passive/distributed RF networks, matching networks …)
• Understanding of RF implementation, such as digital circuit, RF mechanical, manufacturing…
• Understanding of modern PA linearization techniques for radio basestation applications.
• Experience from an OEM basestation equipment supplier.
• Good experience of RF CAD Tools (e.g. ADS, PSPICE).
