| Job Description: |
· Have detailed understanding of RAN architecture, implementation and traffic cases.
· Have detailed understanding of customer solutions and can advise on and implement significant network changes such as upgrades and configuration changes on the implementations of RNC and Node-B using appropriate OSS tools and methodology.
· Have proven in depth knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting the Ericsson implementation of RNC and Node-B using appropriate OSS tools and methodology.
· Knowledge of and experience of using relevant tools associated with WCDMA RAN Network.
· Have proven track record in leading and taking responsibility for planning and implementing upgrades and integrating new node’s within an existing network.
· Demonstrated Troubleshooting skills, with ability to resolve emergency situations.
· Have proven skills in technical document writing (Pre-studies, Feasibility Studies, Test Documentation)
· A good command of written and spoken English is also required.
· Technical Experience: Approx. 10 years of relevant RAN experience |
