You will work in our Contact Centre and you will form part of a team which is managed by a Team Manager. You will use headphones to take calls and each person will be equipped with a computer pertinent to the customer you are supporting. You will spend most of your day on the phone to customers. You will also be required to do an amount of administrative work which involves logging customers calls in a central database. |
