Requirments: • Experience of leading a small team
• Client interfacing
• Liaison with other in-house disciplines (Architect, Structural, Electrical)
• Arabic speaking is preferred.
• Filipino is not preferred
• We are looking for a pro-active candidate able to prioritise and work to deadlines. Must be able to use initiative and be able to co-ordinate and communicate with other in-house disciplines. Applicant must have a good work ethic and good personality.
• This position is for our Design Consultancy office. Candidates must come from a design consultancy experience background.
Key Duties: • Knowledge of HVAC load calculation program such as Elite and/or HAPP
• Knowledge of local regulations such as DM, DEWA, SEWA, Sharjah Municipality and JAFZA. Knowledge of British Standard and NFPA.
• Knowledge of designing HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire fighting and other mechanical systems design.
• Experience in water cooled plants as well as air cooled plants and pumping system.
• Experience of technical research and studies.
• Specifications and BOQ preparation
• Project design verification.
