The Technical Department of OPTIMA Recruitment Europe is seeking candidate to fill the positions Service Engineer Maintenance for its customer a Leading Company in Netherlands
Service Engineer Maintenance
The Service Engineer Maintenance supports the turbo production and is responsible for solving first line problems, implementation of maintenances and repairing activities to machines and tools and ensures with that the continuity of the production process. If mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic problems are not solved, the Production Engineer has to be called in.
Function - contents:
- Retrieve of the cause of production problems after an internal report and solve these in a fast and effective manner;
- Adapt, replaced and modifying software programme in PLC- and CNC- systems belong to the activities;
- Make and repair components on milling machines
- Accompany of operators in performing 1 e-lines maintenance of TPM;
- Carry out of planned maintenance and preventive maintenance.

| Capacités Requises: |
Your profile:
You have minimum a Higher technical training in the direction mechanical engineering. You have knowledge of and experience with PLC + Fanuc and CNC- operating systems, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical engineering. And you have minimum two years work experience in a similar function. You are an enthusiastic inventive person, you can work independently, precision (tolerances of 0.01 mm) and innovative for solutions and services. You are fluent in the English language spoken as written. You find it no problem to work in 2 shifts and to give service during night hours. |
