*Will cover North Central Luzon - RSM (Regional Sales Manager) level*
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing Management or other related course;
* Minimum of seven years experience in sales of consumer products with proven track record in formulating comprehensive sales plans and translate such plans into actions / results;
* Previous work experience as a manager is a must;
* Must be able to demonstrate strong business sense as well as good oral and written communication skills;
* Must possess strong leadership and human relations skills;
* Must be able to coach and counsel team members;
