Location – Qatar
Bachelors Degree Required – Architecture (Prefer Licensed)
Minimum 7 years + experience with a consulting background (Pref Gulf Region)
Placing the emphasis firmly on ‘Review’ in this role, our client are seeking a number of exceptional candidates who possess outstanding technical design review experience. The role requires the review of documents in phases for design intent, use of materials and coordination with Master Plan intent. To be successful in this position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to confidently support reviews to consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies.
Candidates who possess previous technical experience in an architectural design, design management or design review role are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience on high-rise, residential (villas and apartments), hotels and mixed use mega projects will also be highly regarded.
