Chef inspiration is sought for our small ala carte restautant. Prospect should be specialized in the Mediterranean cuisine in ala Carte and Buffet set up and have good organizational skills to undertake the task of running the daily operations,
Responsibilities include Food Preparation, Grilling, Roasting, and Steaming, clean-up of Production Area.
Cost Control and Menu construction are essential.
Salary range is from €1200.00 to €1500.00 net per month.
Full board accommodation in the hotel is provided
Position is Seasonal commencing in mid May till end of September.

Position requires similar previous experience,

be able to work both independently and with his/her assistant, and preferably a graduate of a Hotel school. |
