Our client; a prestigious group of companies based in Kuwait, seeks to recruit a HR Director for electromechanical contracting division.
Reporting to the Head of HR at Corporate level, the incumbent will have the dual role of operational responsibility of running the entire HR department in line with overall HR strategy of the group as well as the management vision and business plan of the company. He / she should have hands-on experience in establishing the infrastructure within the human resource department; prepare an HR policy manual based on the business goals, mission & vision of the organization and the initiatives already taken. In addition, the incumbent would have to prepare job descriptions, recruit staff and organize a suitable compensation & benefit structure. He will also be responsible for all administrative goals within the department.
The candidate must have at least ten years of experience in a Senior HR role. Critical attributes would be a team player with excellent communication skills, leadership qualities as well as the abilities of persuasion, convincing and troubleshooting. The ability to manage a team of HR professionals along with the ability to work in a multicultural environment is inevitably a must.
