Our client, a Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm in Brunei Darussalam immediately seeking for suitable candidates Quantity Survey position:-

Urgently Required
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Cost Appraisals / Plans and Budget Estimates
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Tender Documents for Building and Civil Engineering Projects Analysis and reporting of tenders
- Evaluation and recommendation of progress claims
- Preparation of Variation, Re-measurement and Final Accounts
- Attend meetings with clients / design team and project coordinate
For Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Preparation of Estimates
- Taking-off for Bills of Quantities for Building and Civil Engineering Projects
- Preparation of Variation, Re-measurement and Final Accounts
Assist the Project Quantity Surveyor in day-to-day QS activities |
| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:-
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Quantity Surveying in the areas of preparation of Cost Plans / Budget Estimates,
- Bills of Quantities for Tendering, Tender Documentation, evaluation of tenders and progress claims, settlement of Final Account with Contractors etc.
- Exposure to both civil and building projects is mandatory.
- Knowledge of various types of procurement methods and Construction Contracts
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate and correspond well in English
- Computer Literate
- Ability to work on projects with minimum supervision
A good team player
[ For Assistant Quantity Surveyor]
- Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related qualification
- Diploma holders from non Quantity Surveying streamline shall possess a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Quantity
- Surveying particularly in the areas of Bills of Quantities preparation
- Exposure to both civil and building projects will be an advantage
- Understanding of Construction Contracts
- Ability to communicate well in English
Computer Literate
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- A good team player
