The Retail Sales Manager position with Dolorama Canada has the following responsibilities: Develops and leads a professional retail sales team to ensure achievement of store revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction.
Hires, trains, and develops sales staff in retail store
Develops implements and monitors a store prospecting plan to increase sales.
Responsible for all functions of the retail store to include sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting.
Performs daily sales paperwork audits for accuracy.

Minimum 2 years management experience
Experience in food preparation, staff management, job delegation and general operations.
Must possess excellent communication and leadership qualities.
