Manpower Planning - Team Leader
South East Asia
Must be able to develop and implement manpower planning strategies that will ensure this leading energy company will have the technical ability to complete future projects.
Duties are to establish and develop manpower planning policies & procedures to ensure proper utilisation of existing company’s manpower recruitment will meet organisational objectives.
Carry out organisational and work flow reviews and studies to determining staff workloads and advise on optimum staffing level requirements.
Prepare manpower projections and budgets; analyse and recommend changes in the HR structure, ensure such programmes are communicated and understood by line managers and staff.
Reviews job descriptions; update and maintain job questionnaires; coordinate preparation of job descriptions, work closely with workforce planning to identify positions which require reclassification.
Candidates will need the ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural: multi-disciplinary team working on major oil & gas projects.
Besides professional skills the candidate should possess excellent command of the English language; with strong verbal and written communication and report writing skills.
