But today Pyrex® is much more than heat resistant glass, as the range has expanded to include ceramic ovenware, non-stick bake ware, microwave and stainless steel cookware. Pyrex® can be found everywhere in the kitchen, from the freezer and refrigerator to the microwave and oven.
With headquarters in Villepinte (France), Arc International Cookware employs 550 people, and has two Boro Silicate Glass Plants, situated in Châteauroux, and in Arques, near St Omer. In order to strengthen the central purchasing team for Sourced Products, Arc International Cookware is seeking to recruit a Buyer Sourced Products(M/F) - Based in Villepinte (Paris Region)
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager for Sourced Products, and in strong coordination with Operations (production, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics), you will develop, purchase, manufacture & deliver sourced products to our clients.
Responsibilities:
•Participate in product development teams (Marketing, R&D, etc.) to define the procurement needs and then carry out the necessary sourcing to position our bid on the market and select potential suppliers.
•Actively manage the supplier’s portfolio: manage commercial relationship, support product modifications, collaborate with production, day-to-day tasks (price databases update, contract management, etc.)
•Ensure the competitiveness of our suppliers through regular sourcing analysis, price negotiations, cost comparisons with alternative suppliers (RFQs), progress plan implementation, etc.
•Identify opportunities and achieve cost reductions through: Transversal projects, LCC sourcing, Product Value Analysis, etc.) commonly with Supply Chain, Marketing, Plants, R&D, …
•Contribute to the continual improvement of the Procurement processes and work methods, as well as giving the necessary feedback on these actions.

| Capacités Requises: |
Profile :
•Business degree with a Masters in Purchasing
•Solid first experience in purchasing, preferably within an industrial environment
•Good knowledge of purchasing methodology & proven success stories
•Previous experience dealing with preferred suppliers in China, Europe, …
•Bilingual English & working knowledge of French. Mandarin would be a real advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
•Strong ability to negotiate, communicate & present recommendations
•Significant international experience is a prerequisite – (preference for exposure to Asian culture)
•Open to mobility (Travel in Europe, US, China & Eastern Europe)
