The Hotels & Resort/Hospitality subsidiary of a real estate and construction giant in Dubai is looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources.
The company is in the planning and realizing phase of opening a series of luxury hotels of five- to seven-star rating.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the opening of their first stylish and unique property in Dubai (500 – 600 Employees).
The position is responsible for the entire Human Resources department, main focus on settings/recruiting for the Opening.
The right candidate has excellent experience in luxury international Chain Hotels, prior experience of having worked in a pre-opening of a Five-star deluxe hotel, seasoned in recruiting and demonstrating creativity in HR challenges and issues. Brilliant communication, organizational and administrative skills.
He/She is a motivator with excellent leadership skills who has held similar rolls in the past, enthusiastic, energetic, flexible team player who will enjoy the excitement and challenges of working for a very successful and rapidly growing organization
Opening Experience is a must; Work Experience in Middle East, Asia and/or Europe is a plus.
