Position: Sales Advisor
Salary Package: Aed 3.400 max / accommodation provided

Occupational Summary:
To provide excellent service to customers, being at all times helpful, positive and extremely
Knowledgeable about all products sold in the Gourmet Station stores. Drive sales by utilizing product
Knowledge and up]selling techniques. Ensure smooth cash/payment transactions for all customers
Work Performed:
Deliver exemplary customer service at all times
Ensuring that customer service always takes priority over any other task
Ensure customers are given a warm welcome to the store at all times
Ensure customers a given a fond farewell when leaving the store
Ensure that customers are approached and their needs established
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and desire to serve customers
Utilising up]selling techniques, suggest suitable products to customers, recommending complimentary
Products
Ensure that customers are treated with curtsey at all times and that they leave the store happy
Create a memorable shopping experience for all customers; to gain customer loyalty
Ensure all merchandising procedures are adhered to; and product placement is impeccable and correct
At all times
Ensure correct stock rotation on the shelves, adequate stock on shelves and correct/clean signage is
Displayed
Communicate all product/stock related concerns which might occur to superiors immediately
Complete all trainings provided by the HO and Store Management
Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security within the store; without appearing
Overly suspicious of/to customers
Alert superiors immediately if suspicious customer behavior is observed
Ensure all till cashing up and administration processes are followed and company policies are adhered to
Ensure excellent personal presentation in line with company/staff uniform policy
Presenting a flexible/positive attitude towards the accumulating of new skills and completion of
Challenging tasks

| Capacités Requises: |
Required Qualification At This Level:
Educational/training:
Work requires a customer service background
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience as sales advisor/sales person in an upper market retail, or ideally food
Retail environment. Additional experience in a Food&Beverage environment is a plus.
SKILLS:
Excellent customer service/selling skills
Strong communication skills
Awareness of up]selling techniques
Fluent English, both spoken and written is a must
Team player
Good numeracy and literacy skills
