A leading 5* International Chain Hotel in Bangkok is looking for a creative, European trained Pastry Chef.
The Hotel has more than 700 rooms, 8 Outlets, Spa and large meeting & function facilities.
This position is responsible for the entire department and its high standard, covering all pastry/bakery services (award winning fine dining/a la carte, buffet all day dining, banquet/functions, in room dining…)
The perfect Candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in 5* international Properties (City/Business Hotels) and is able to upgrade the level of pastry & bakery Section/team by showing new techniques and modern pastry.
He/She is very creative & innovative, is up to date with modern desserts and has very good knowledge of sugar and chocolate Art.
The right person has very good leadership skills and positive attitude, is a motivator and a good team player, has to be open-minded and outgoing, with the ability to learn and accept different cultures.
Prior experience in Asia is a plus, Single status preferred.
