Concierge Manager - this is an exciting customer services based role, working with other departments within the company in order to fulfill our promotional product. You would be primarily responsible for contacting and dealing with our customers in the Japanese market in order to complete the promotional journey. Salary is dependant on experience and performance. A high level of Japanese fluency is essential, along with a relative ability to speak and understand English. Sales and customer service experience is desirable but not essential. |
