| Description: |
1. Prepares accounting vouchers and post on accounting software.
2. Assesses the Accounting Software to see if fit for the business the company is into and develop it to maximize utilization.
3. Ensures all depreciation and prepayments amortizations are done monthly.
4. Handles daily cash transactions as disbursement to petty suppliers for the administrative expenses.
5. Daily relation with banks as withdrawals and deposits and completes all documentations necessary to keep the company's file updated at all times with its bankers.
6. Creates an information system to interact with various companies' departments to streamline purchases (ADMIN) and daily needs.
7. Print out of monthly P&L and B/S for the Senior Management with notes to the Management on critical areas to look at.
8. Identify a database of suppliers from the market to base the purchasing process when needed.
9. Ensures all assets are insured under a policy which clauses are accepted by Management.
10. Prepares daily attendance, inputs salary advances and deductions for staff, runs payroll and pay on time to the company's staff.
11. Prepares a preliminary cash flow for the Management as an indication on when to need further cash injection in the company's bank accounts.
12. Liaises with company's lawyers to have all legal documents of the company issued and updated.
13. Maintain fixed assets register fully documented.
14. Liaises with external auditors to output an audited financial report reflecting the true company’s situation with respect to its like in the market. |
| Capacités Requises: |
- Holder a University or equivalent Tech Degree
- Experience in construction field
- GCC experience is a must
- Excel and English are a must
