. Manager, Customer Analysis
Description
This position supports CRM and the online business with customer reporting analysis and insight generation. We are seeking a highly-motivated & experienced statistician and leader for our growing analytics team. This is a management level position and the individual will supervise and lead others. Specific responsibilities include:
• Analyzing customer data to generate customer behavior insights and identify business opportunities. For example:
• Design and analyze marketing tests to inform email and postal campaign & marketing strategies.
• Support Credit Card business with customer reporting and ad-hoc analysis
• Provide customer analysis for online brands to measure performance and inform strategies.
• Creatively identifying new uses of customer data to improve decision-making. Taking initiative to spearhead new analytical projects.
• Collaborating with business partners to understand the business problems, structuring the analysis to answer the question, and presenting the results and recommendations.
• Mentoring other members of analytics team in SAS and statistical analysis
• Developing and producing standard reporting and analysis on customer base, credit card performance, and campaigning
• Automating reporting structures where possible to support wider use of customer information in marketing

Qualifications
• Excellent statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Creativity in use of analytics to answer business questions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & ability to explain complex analysis and concepts
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• High-energy & takes initiative
• Experience with Design of Experiments and predictive modeling
• 8+ years experience in marketing analytics, including team leadership
• 3-5 years of SAS experience, working with large databases
• Experience in CRM or Direct Marketing or desire to
• Database experience with tools such as SQL or Access desirable
• Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or quantitative discipline
