Construction Company is seeking to recruit a Construction Manager with minimum 7 years experience in Residential and Commercial Construction Projects with special emphasis in Finishing and E/M Works.
- Coordinates and supervises the works of various subcontractors.
- Prepares and updates Projects Construction Budgets.
- Responsible for delivering on schedule, Quality Works.
- Works in close coordination with the Planner for updating schedules.
- Prepares weekly and monthly Construction Reports and Progress Reports.
