Major Duties and Responsibilities
ć Perform safe, effective and enjoyable classes.
ć Motivate participants throughout their classes and courses.
ć Commence and complete classes punctually.
ć Carry out postural assessments and present the information in a professional format.
ć Monitor participants progress giving feedback and guidance where necessary.
ć Ensure client satisfaction and implement the highest standard of customer care.
ć Substitute for other instructors when required; this may not solely apply to Pilates but also other fitness qualifications you may hold.
ć Ensure Pilates equipment is arranged and set up well in advance of scheduled class.
ć Monitor equipment safety and usability by following and implementing the maintenance procedure.
ć Participate in all sports and fitness (S&F) departmental marketing campaigns when required.
ć Hold a professional approach at all times.
ć Respect client confidentiality at all times.

Experience and Qualifications
ć Full Pilates Diploma Certification (matwork and equipment) i.e.
ć Matwork at various levels
ć Reformer at various levels
ć Cadillac
ć Spine Corrector
ć Wunda Chair
ć Tower
ć Step Barrel
ć Small equipment i.e. foam roller, ring, stability & mini ball, flexiband
ć Pregnancy
ć Rehabilitation
ć Senior/older aged clients
ć At least two (2) yrs experience
ć Excellent communication skills
