| Description: |
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Performing safe, enjoyable and effective fitness classes.
• Design safe and effective fitness programmes.
• Monitor member’s progress.
• Motivate members throughout their development.
• Contact members who haven’t attended the programme for over four days.
• Carry out fitness assessments presenting the information in a professional manner whilst maintaining client confidentiality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and implement the highest standards of customer care.
• Monitor equipment safety and report broken equipment to the Fitness Supervisor.
• Perform safe, enjoyable and effective personal training sessions.
• Hold a professional approach to all members and colleagues at all times.
• Substitute for other instructress as and when required.
• Commence and complete fitness classes punctually
• Participate in all fitness demonstration and any marketing campaigns when required.
• Conduct children’s activities during summer camps.
• Provide Fitness Supervisor with appointment schedule for the week ahead every Wednesday.
• To respect client confidentiality at all times.

| Capacités Requises: |
Experience and Qualifications
• Diploma in Fitness Training/Degree in Fitness Training (e.G. University Degree, ACSM, Premier Training UK, Future Fit Training UK, YMCA, ACE)
• Exercise to music (e.G. RSA, OCR, ACE)
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Group cycling (e.G. Pulse, Shwinn, Les Mills, YMCA, Future Fit Training UK)
• Core / Stability Training (e.G. Pilates, Reebok Core Board, Fitball)
• “Fit Kids” Certification or experience
• 2-3 years experience as a fitness and aerobic instructor
• Proficiency in English with Arabic as an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer care skills
• High fitness standards.
