Consulting Company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are looking to add Multiple talented recruiters, career oriented individual to our team. As a recruiter you will be a key
contributor in SITG, mission to acquire talented individuals,
(human capital), necessary to meet our Strategic Objectives.
We are looking for individuals who have an 'entrepreneurial'
spirit and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter for SITG you will be an important member of the team that achieves staffing objectives; establishes technical recruiting requirements; builds applicant sources; determines requirements and qualifications; attracts applicants; arranges management interviews; evaluates applicants with managers; manages new employee relocation; improves organization attractiveness; manages intern program.
Qualifications:
Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call.
Develops and implements a consistent interviewing process across departments that focuses on candidate qualifications and fit.
Has full life-cycle recruiting knowledge that includes experience with a candidate tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and extensive command of IT terminology.
Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people.
Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget.
Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.
Working knowledge of software development fundamentals.
Deep understanding of technology developed through real-world experience in a variety of settings.
Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.
1-2 years technical recruiting experience, technical background desired.
Daily Responsibilities will include:
** Involvement in proactive and reactive sourcing strategies to
find candidates
** Co ordinate with US Team to work on their Requirements on Real
Time.
** Interviewing candidates to qualify them for respective
positions
** Tracking candidates through the Recruitment Lifecycle via our
Applicant Tracking System.
** Closing candidates on offers and ultimately making placements.

| Capacités Requises: |
Required Skills:
- Must have Technical Savvy or you have a B.S. In IT/Engineering etc.
- MUST have 1+ years Recruiting experience!
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus
- Strong verbal, writing and computer skills
- Proven follow up skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working in a staffing company or agency
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related degree
