We have an immediate requirement for a Sales Manager for our Kuwait branch, who will be responsible for the running of the office and team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, as well as generating leads, visiting clients and closing sales.
Ideally you will have previous experience in dealing with property developers and high net worth individuals. The successful candidate should be degree educated and be able to understand and explain technical product information.
Knowledge of automation or audio visual systems is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The role will be varied, with time spent dealing with property developers, private individuals, and other installation companies.
You will be expected to generate your own leads via the provided database and other means. Contact will be made via telephone, with the aim to set up appointments for demonstrations of our system and client visits.
This is a vital and challenging role – you will be required to work hard but the rewards for doing so will be high.

| Skills Required: |
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience of sales and management processes and be self motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and be educated to degree level.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a sales role.
- The ability to grasp technical information.
- The ability to manage an office and develop a small team that will grow over time.
- The ability to generate leads and posses an excellent telephone manner.
- The confidence to deal with important clients.
- A professional outlook and attitude and be well presented when meeting clients.
- A “can do” attitude and be prepared to roll their sleeves up when required: You will be required to perform any reasonable additional duties as requested by senior management.
- A calm head under pressure.
