Daily functions :
Review daily purchases by products to insure average cost per pound is reasonable;
Review daily sales and cost of sales by product average cost and reasonable profit margin;
Review inventory transactions, productions and transfers
Upgrade the inventory list with the plant staff
Weekly functions:
Prepare the sales and purchases total costing
Estimate monthly profit and loss
Prepare by monthly sales and purchases by salesman report
Review sales and purchase contract status and distribution
Weekly consignment inventory
Monthly functions:
Prepare journal entries
Inventory transactions
Brokerage transactions
Controls of accrual provisions
Periodic:
Physical inventory
Project:
Participate in the implementation of a new system ROM.

| Capacités Requises: |
• Bachelor of commerce
• 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing corporation (accounting, inventory controls & costing)
• 3 years in a similar position
• Perfectly bilingual (English, French)
• Analytic knowledge of inventory |
