Company Profile
Client Solutions is the software services arm of Horizon Technology Group plc. We have been in business since 1994. We currently employ over 100 permanent staff split between our Dublin and Cork offices. Client Solutions sells to the Top 100 companies in Ireland across all verticals. The company was founded by two software engineers who are still with the company. We sell by reference and reputation. The majority of our business comes from referrals from existing customers. Some of our customers have been doing business with us since 1994. We see this as a testament to the quality of our company and our goal is that this remains a feature of our
business.

• Attract and select the best candidates by using an imaginative mix of sourcing and selection strategies
• Achieve / exceed monthly and quarterly targets
