Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor. Will be responsible for advance booking and reservations, handling guest inquiries, maintaining guest records and creating a favorable public image over the phone. Perform up-selling whenever possible. |
| Capacités Requises: |
- At least 1 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Familiar with Opera/Micros system. Proficient with computers
- Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career in the hotel
