| Description: |
• Assisting the General Manager with daily routine work, including but not limited to daily correspondence, phone calls, updating agendas, manage filing system covering UAB & SG, coordination with branches on various high profile customer souvenirs.
• Organizing Board meetings, scheduling, necessary arrangements, preparation of General Manager’s presentation, meeting documents, preparation, and assistance to Board members for documents and other related services.
• Organizing General Assemblies for UAB staff with the General Manager at the discretion and direction of the Management, covering hotel reservations, catering, General Manager’s presentation documentation, coordinating with various relevant departments for necessary arrangements.
• Organizing Managers Meeting as directed by General Manager, covering all arrangement aspects both internal and external in coordination with relevant departments.
• Assisting General Management with the VIP matters or daily routine office work.
• Following up the documents received from Central Bank with Recovery Department or concerned Departments.
• Maintaining Directives/Instructions/Memorandum records, with proper reference numbers and filling systems. Updating all Head Office Department Heads, Branch Managers, Head of CBGs on latest and updated documentations for proper follow up.
• Following up the Daily Deposit & Advances Statement (Bank Ratio) as per details and information received from Accounts Department.
• Prepare summary for GM on Average Interest Rate for Customer Deposits per Currency, as per details provided by Dealing Room at appropriate intervals.
• Following up the UAB Shares value in the market as per details published in the newspapers.
• Arranging ALCO meetings, covering invitation to the participants, |
| Capacités Requises: |
• Graduate or equivalent.
• 4-6 years practical experience in assisting Top Management.
• Good PC Skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, Arabic & French. |
