Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating Bank Counter-parties and correspondents and preparing formal proposal recommending exposure on these counter-parties/correspondents along with recommendation of the risk rating of the exposure..
• Analysis of Banks will be undertaken whenever required, together with Country Risk assessment whenever relevant.
• Further develop the risk assessment tools/methods used by the bank for assessing credit risk on banks and to also improve the presentation of the proposal.
• Develop PC based database for management of the banking lines approved for each bank.
• Monitor on an on-going basis media sources, internet sources and other databases for tracking developments related to the banking counter-parties on which UAB has exposure.
• Maintain contact with banks and financial institutions with whom UAB has relationship.
• Analyze and evaluate new investment proposals, Trade Finance transactions; and more generally delivery, Money Market, F/X & Derivatives risks.
• Undertake special projects whenever required by General Management, in areas related to bank analysis, banking sector developments, correspondent banking, country risk assessment, etc.

| Capacités Requises: |
Job Knowledge Skills And Experience
• Graduate in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of working experience in a bank / financial institutions group or correspondent banking department. Specific working experience in Financial & Risk analysis of banks and financial institutions, above average analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of global banking sector/industry.
• Good PC skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English. Arabic is an advantage |
