We are a Europe based trade company in fashion accessories field. Our head office is located in Brussels, capital of Belgium.
Our major customers are from Central and Western Europe, as well as from Asia, America.
We are looking for 2 branch managers for our new offices in China located
1) Yiwu
2) Guangzhou
Tasks :
- you will be in charge of leading and running the branch office, assisted by a small local team which you will recruit
- you will be available for traveling in neighborhood areas in order to visit factories / markets for products research and purchasing
- negociating prices and delivery time
- handling orders and coordinating between suppliers and customers according to each customers' operating manual which indicates instructions for following,
-sampling
-packing
-shipping and documentation
-quality control procedure
- reporting to head-office
- arranging local and exporting transportation, including preparing shipping document
- arranging sample delivry though express courier
Qualification :
- dynamic personality, self-motivated, well organised and responsible
- 'can-do' spirit
- can work independently but also a good team player
- experience in international trade or similar field is required

| Capacités Requises: |
-very good communications skills, both in English and Madarin (Chinese) (writing/speaking/comprehension)
both languages are essential
-knowledge in window operating system (Excel, Word ect...), outlook
-knowledge of 'SAP' or 'NAVISION' will be a plus |
