Warm English-speaking (British-Canadian) family based in FRANCE near GENEVA, Switzerland, seeks young MANDARIN-speaker to help care for our two young children (9 months, and 3 and a half years) for a year. Excellent Childcare Credentials and DRIVING experience a must.
Tasks include helping get the children ready for school/daycare in the morning, driving our three year old to and from school, doing the children's laundry and tidying their rooms, making a simple evening meal for the children. Talking to them in Mandarin is a key requirement.
We are experienced in hosting au pairs, and believe that we offer a unique situation for any young person seeking an internaional experience. We live in a stunning part of the world, between the lake and the Alps, and thus benefit from activites such as skiing in winter and hiking in summer. We are minutes away from the international city of Geneva (where we both work) and offer our au pairs very reasonable hours and pay, exclusive use of a brand new car (no waiting till we've finsihed with it; it's yours), and your own room and bathroom. |

Mandarin, Childcare Credentials and DRIVING experience (at least two years), and valid international drivers licence. English is essential for communicating with the parents, and French would be a bonus. |
