Admissions office – MILANO
The European School of Economics, is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their recruiting/admissions department. This is an opportunity to work in a friendly office and talk and meet students from all over the world.
The position will involve the following:
• Managing enquiries through the telephone and email from students all over the world
• Providing quick and efficient responses to enquiries rating the importance of recruitment and retention tasks.
• Processing application forms using our in-house CRM system
• Interviewing applicants and their families in order to offer the best choice for them.
• Preparing letters for students and external bodies such as Embassies.
• Making follow- up calls to interested parties
• Presentations to schools about ESE
• Conduct your own market research using resources such as a computer database, a student prospect system, and application history reports.
• Helping with the organisation of events such as Open days.
• Direct a special emphasis program for prospective minority students.
• Giving after-enrolment support
• Reporting the results to the Director
