Senior Manager – Piling Foundation
Western-educated
The biggest challenge of this senior role would be imparting requisite technical expertise and business development strategies and activities to the Company’s operations. The incumbent will supervise and monitor the site ground construction work starting from piling foundation. He will be responsible for planning, supervising and assessing the plans, design drawings, projects, and equipment and will follow-up work progress according to specifications. However, the key role will involve retention and growth of existing accounts as well as generating robust new accounts. He will be responsible to plan, design and implement a strategic development plan that will result in optimum revenue generation for the company’s business operations. This senior role would be an important part of the organization's growth strategy by helping to develop the company’s services into financially successful ventures.

| Capacités Requises: |
With minimum 10 years of demonstrable technical expertise, this position requires a person with superb management and leadership skills. He should demonstrate in depth knowledge in all aspects of the business particularly demonstrating proficiency in improving profitability; He must also have strong technical orientation, commercial acumen, excellent project & time management skills, with proven ability to convince and negotiate with clients. The ideal candidate must be Western-educated, Civil Engineering graduate from a reputable university, preferably with Master’s degree in Engineering. He must have at least 5 years experience in Piling and Foundation works in large mega construction projects in UAE; Preferably he must have contracts management experience; hardworking with high sense of responsibility and an understanding of on site environment and demands; overseas exposure is an advantage; excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
