Job Description:
Architect or Architectural Technologist. Experienced and/or Senior.
To assist in our Security operations, “Structural Blast Impact Resistant” Design and Engineering projects. Seamless project integration interacting with multi disciplined and multicultural project teams, Board of directors, Architects, investors and Government. Green building experience appreciated.
Responsibilities:
Total project detailing, management, executing multiple projects. You are organized maintain overview at all times. Work with intern and external procurement units.
Continual professional knowledge and development mandatory.
Take initiative, and responsibility
International experience will be highly valued.
Main languages are Spanish and (good) English.
Work permit to work in Spain, NIE registration will do.
Own transportation.
National and International (paid) travel might occur.
Office location in 28016 area.

| Capacités Requises: |
Role, Skills & Tasks:
o Interpretation of client specifications into concrete Engineered detailed plans with the assistance of an Architectural CAD program 2 and 3 D and some solid works.
o Multiple platform knowledge like Apple/Mac and Windows is desired.
o Planning applications knowledge.
o Specification writing, proposal writing.
o Maintain client contact; attend project and occasional site meetings.
o Project planning, strongly anticipating on any developments, signaling and acting in time to reduce project disruption and thus staying within the projected time frame.
o In Depth Knowledge of Architectural principles Design procedures and material properties.
o Sound mechanical structural insights as well as material applications.
o Strong technical knowledge of building components and their function.
o Knowledge of building components life cycle values and maintenance requirements.
o Government and local building codes, safety regulations.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. |
