Your Responsibilities:
• Management of order queries and client escalations & disputes
• Cooperate with client’s contact person / customers on revisions and updates within the process
• Communication with corporate customers in the respective country(ies).
• Cooperation with delivery teams across three continents
• Assist in identification of new business opportunities
• Cooperation with client sales teams in smooth delivery of products to the

Requirements:
• English at communicative level
• Near native level of other EU language – DANISH, DUTCH, English, Finnish, FRENCH, GERMAN, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish
• Secondary education or higher
• 1+ years of work experience, customer facing experience is an advantage
• Ability to learn quickly, Eye for detail, basic IT literacy |
