Business & Finance Consulting (BFC), a Swiss-German consultancy specializing in microfinance, offers an opportunity for a Credit Scoring Internship.
Duty station: Zürich
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the automation of the credit and quantitative financial analysis processes
- Participate in the development and introduction of new methods and tools for credit scoring
- Participating in scorecard variables definition
- Contribute to the identification of best credit scoring solutions.
Requirements:
- University studies, preferably in econometrics, statistics or other related field, last year students are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience in statistical data analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Experience in one of the relevant economic fields (banking, finance) desirable
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Applicants should have a strong interest in the areas of finance and banking. Students and graduates who have practical and/or research in these areas have an advantage. The intern will be supervised and mentored by a credit scoring specialist.
