E-Fulusi Africa seeks to hire an individual to lead the Strategic Marketing of E-Fulusi services and products. Said individual must possess the ability to implement specific project plans and forge strategic alliances with potential clients of E-Fulusi products and solutions and require a firm foundation and knowledge of: Mobile Technology, Finance, Corporate Marketing and Administration. A development and microfinance understanding would be desireable.
As an employee who will require taking on multiple responsibilities, you must be highly motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. You will be responsible for liaising with corporate clients and establishing relations with prospective clients. You will lead a minimal team and will thus require strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
You will be required to have public and commercial sector knowledge and facilitate the organic growth expectations of E-Fulusi Africa. You will require service and sales expertise and a appreciation of the product.
Your primary duties will be based on intensely marketing E-Fulusi products and solutions to potential corporate clients and forging strategic alliances with said clients to fulfill the commercial interests of E-Fulusi’s project plans. You must ensure that E-Fulusi solutions are designed to add value to partner propositions and meet client needs. You will be required to identify and close new business opportunities through networking ability and business understanding.
You will also be required to perform all tasks and assume all other responsibilities as required by the managing director. You must have a flexible personality, and be able to adapt well to diverse scenarios, work alongside a highly motivated management team and navigate between both formal and informal working environments.

| Capacités Requises: |
o Minimum 4 years experience in Marketing, Finance or Telecommunications
o Prior experience in a start-up organization is desireable
o BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing or communication(or other related field), MS/MBA desirable
o Strong leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively and present to large groups publicly
o Sound commercial awareness in IT sector, and some technical knowledge
o Knowledge of structure, drivers and competitive landscape for applicable sector
o Ability to lead complex sales campaigns
o Ability to work with external partners
o Disciplined, detail oriented, and accountable
o Experience with managing small teams and with developing staff and partners
o Knowledge of Kiswahili highly desirable
o Ability to interact effectively with people of other cultures, capacities, and organizations
o Strong interpersonal and speaking skills
o Ability to travel regionally and internationally, including rural locations
o Strong understanding of internet based services and Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
