Responsibilities:
• To manage the quality system in the company. Review and Implement changes in the system to ensure effectiveness.
• To participate in contract review and ensure that the quality requirement and specification are adequately defined and met in production.
• To control and chair the Quality meeting, ensure proper disposition of internal rejects and customer’s return. To initiate corrective action where appropriate and prevent recurrence of rejects.
• To liaise with customer on issues related to quality and to represent the company quality matters.
• To establish and maintain procedure for document control and to chair engineering change to ensure changes are reviewed, recorded and approved by the relevant department
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Material) or equivalent.
• At least 4 years relevant experience with exposure in a fast paced manufacturing environment preferably in plastic injection moulding industry.
• A team player with excellent analytical, communication, leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge and experience in the applications of the SPC, FMEA, Measurement System Analysis, GR&R, DOE and other problem problem-solving tools is preferred.
• Should also possess a good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO14001, OSHAS18001.
• Requires language(S): Chinese, English
