| Description: |
A. Primary Responsibilities:
1. To develop and continuously grow the service businesses through PSA and L&M strategies
2. To manage the service sales team in achieving the sales target
B. Duties:
1. Supervises and provides leadership for Service Sales Engineers. Ensures development plans are in place for all assigned Service Sales Team members.
2. Develop and continuously grow parts businesses to new and existing customer base in the designated territory.
3. Leads the execution efforts of assigned Service business. Ensures consistency of delivery systems. Monitors and tracks the service business plans.
4. Coordinates with Service Operation Team (Manager) to ensure all sales opportunities are supported including linkage to installation opportunities. Escalates potential market opportunities to the attention of the appropriate branch resource for strategic direction.
5. Works with Service Operation Teams to ensure that their account portfolios are achieving growth, proper profit levels, and customer satisfaction.
6. Building good relationship with distributors and contractors, and serve as a communication channel to share the best practice strategies and results to achieve sales target.
7. Drives sales weekly review meetings, reviewing bids and estimates for accuracy.
8. Coach each Service Sales Engineers to actualize account management and maintain customer relations on their assigned accounts.
9. Analyzes business processes and provide recommendations for improvements. Executes other managerial responsibilities, i.E. Recruits, hires, and retains Service Sales Engineers. Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans. Ensures a consistent level of coaching, which includes weekly ‘one-on-one(s)’ sales reviews.
10. Ensure the highest standard of Service Quality are maintained at all times
11. Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, prospects and forecasts
12. Optimize replenishment and inventory turn for service related parts and components at all times
13. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support the overall service
E. Requirements
1. Engineering Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
2. 6 years and above experience in HVACR or controls industry service or sales function. Experienced in managing a team, leading change and business financial skills
3. Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
4. Must be a proactive team player
5. Basic knowledge in financial statements and reporting
